Road Warriors Announce Total Donation from Warrior Appreciation Night

Greenville, SC: The Greenville Road Warriors announced they donated over $13,000 as a result of the Warrior Appreciation Night jersey auction held Wednesday, November 28th after the game versus the Reading Royals.

The Road Warriors wore special military inspired jerseys to honor those who protect and serve our country. Firefighters, police, first responders and military were acknowledged on Wednesday's Warrior Appreciation Night. The money raised by the auction was donated to benefit the Wounded Warrior Regiment in honor of Sergeant Channing "Bo" Hicks, the Rama Memorial Scholarship Fund for the Greenville Fire Department and the Harold C. Jennings Foundation.

The Road Warriors head to South Carolina on Tuesday night for a 7:05 faceoff. Greenville will come back home on Thursday night as they host the Gwinnett Gladiators at 7 p.m. Thursday Night for GUYS NIGHT OUT. Pro Golfer Jay Haas will be in the concourse signing autographs before the game. Fans can also enjoy free professional massages from Massage Therapist Angela Jackson, test out their Mini-Golf skills on the concourse, and take advantage of $2 BEERS, HOT DOGS, PRETZELS, AND FOUNTAIN DRINKS!
