U.S. Teams to Compete During International Break

U.S. National Team News Release
COLORADO SPRINGS, Colo. - The U.S. Women's National Team, U.S. Under-18 Team, U.S. Under-17 Team and U.S. Junior Select Team will all compete in tournaments next week during the first international hockey break of the 2012-13 season.
The U.S. National Under-18 Team will host the 2012 Under-18 Four Nations Tournament in Ann Arbor, Mich., home of USA Hockey's National Team Development Program, while the U.S. National Under-17 Team will travel to Monthey, Switzerland, to compete in the 2012 Under-17 Four Nations Tournament.
The U.S. Women's National Team will be in Vantaa and Kerava, Finland, for the 2012 Women's Four Nations Cup while the U.S. Junior Select Team will head to Yarmouth, Nova Scotia, to play in the 2012 World Junior A Challenge.
Details on each event, including individual and composite schedules, can be found below.

U.S. TO HOST 2012 UNDER-18 FOUR NATIONS TOURNAMENT IN ANN ARBOR, MICH.
The 2012 Under-18 Four Nations Tournament will take place Nov. 6-10, at the Ann Arbor (Mich.) Ice Cube, home of USA Hockey's National Team Development Program. The tournament will feature teams from Finland, Sweden, Switzerland and the United States. The United States enters the tournament as defending champions. U.S. NATIONAL UNDER-17 TEAM TO PLAY IN 2012 UNDER-17 FOUR NATIONS TOURNAMENT
The U.S. National Under-17 Team will travel to Monthey, Switzerland, and the Villars Sports Center to take part in the 2012 Under-17 Four Nations Tournament, Nov. 7-11. Participating nations include Switzerland, Slovakia, Russia and the U.S. Team USA went undefeated in the tournament a year ago to claim the title and outscored its opponents, 19-5, in three games.

2012 WOMEN'S FOUR NATIONS CUP TO BE HELD IN VANTAA AND KERAVA, FINLAND
The U.S. Women's National Team will participate in the 2012 Women's Four Nations Cup with Canada, Finland and Sweden, Nov. 5-10, at Tikkurila Valttie Arena in Kerava, Finland. Twelve Olympians highlight Team USA's 23-player roster. Team USA captured the Four Nations Cup title in 2011, defeating Canada, 4-3 in a shootout, in the championship game.
