Colts Trade Dylan Smoskowitz To Mississauga Steelheads

Barrie, ON- The Barrie Colts have announced today that they have completed a trade with the Mississauga Steelheads.
The Barrie Colts send forward Dylan Smoskowitz to Mississauga.
In exchange the Colts receive Mississauga's 8th round pick in 2014 and forward Cody Boyd.
Cody Boyd was drafted by Mississauga in the 9th Round (177th Overall) in 2010.
Dylan Smoskowitz was Barrie's 10th round choice (188th overall) in 2009. Smoskowitz has only played for the Barrie Colts in his OHL career and now joins his second team, the Mississauga Steelheads. The Richmond Hill native played his minor hockey in 2008 for the Mississauga Senators Minor Midget (GTHL) and in 2009 for the Mississauga Chargers Jr.A. (OJHL).
In 127 career games in the OHL Smoskowitz has 40 points and 84 penalty minutes.
