Rock Cats Announce 2013 Home Schedule

New Britain Rock Cats News Release
New Britain, CT- The New Britain Rock Cats Baseball Club, the Double-A Eastern League Affiliate of the Minnesota Twins, has announced its home schedule for the 2013 season. The Rock Cats will play 71 home games at New Britain Stadium, beginning with the home opener, April 11 (6:05 PM) against the Red Sox affiliate, the Portland Sea Dogs, as part of a 7-game homestand. The Rock Cats will finish the regular season on the Labor Day Weekend, August 30-September 2.
The Rock Cats will entertain the Sea Dogs eleven games next season with visits in April, May and July. The Rock Cats will host the Yankees' affiliate the Trenton Thunder for two series (seven games) in July and August. In addition, the Rock Cats will play eight home games against the Binghamton Mets in May and July.
