Stone Crabs and Manatees Doubleheader Postponed
June 25, 2012 - Florida State League (FSL) Charlotte Stone Crabs
VIERA - Monday's doubleheader between the Charlotte Stone Crabs and the Brevard County Manatees has been postponed due to inclement weather from Tropical Storm Debby. It has been rescheduled for Tuesday, June 26, beginning at 5:05 p.m.The two clubs will play two seven inning contests, with a 30 minute intermission between games. Charlotte and Brevard County will then play a second doubleheader on Wednesday, June 27, in order to complete the series. The start of Wednesday's twin bill is set for 12:00 p.m.
After the four-game set at Brevard County, the Stone Crabs will return home on Thursday, June 28, to take on the Fort Myers Miracle. It will be another "Thursty Thursday," where fans can purchase $1 domestic drafts and $2 domestic cans until the end of the 5th inning.
