(Ottawa, ON.): The Ottawa 67's today announced centre Nicholas Foglia has been traded to the Brampton Battalion for goaltender Keegan Wilson. 19-year-old Foglia played two full seasons in Ottawa, recording 13 goals and 29 points in 133 games. He also appeared in 4 games in the 2009-10 season. 20-year-old Wilson was an OHL rookie with the Battalion last season. He appeared in 31 games and posted a 2.82 goals against average (GAA), which ranked him 8th among OHL netminders.

"This is good opportunity for Nick to play in his hometown and earn more playing time," said 67's Head Coach and General Manager Chris Byrne. "And getting Keegan provides the 67's with more experience and depth in goal. I think we'll see a good competition for ice time at the goaltending position."

Wilson flew under the radar before joining the Battalion as a back-up last season. Brampton drafted him in the 11th round in 2011 after a stellar season with the Jr. "C" Stayner Siskins where he posted a 19-3 record with 6 shutouts and a 2.28 GAA.

Wilson will attend the 67's training camp at the end of August, and this weekend, 67's rookies and prospects will be on the ice at the University of Ottawa Sports Complex for two days of scrimmages and evaluation, hoping to earn an invitation to the team's main training camp.
