
Jets McCoshen Named Chairman of NAHL Board of Governors

The North American Hockey League (NAHL) announced its members of the NAHL Executive Committee for the upcoming 2012-13 season, and Janesville Jets President Bill McCoshen was named the Chairman of the NAHL Board of Governors.
"Bill McCoshen has been an instrumental part of the NAHL executive committee for the past two years," stated NAHL Commissioner Mark Frankenfeld. "His experience and perspective will be welcomed as our Chairman."
The Executive Committee is chosen from among the Governors of the NAHL, and the Chairman of the Board of Governors presides over the Executive Committee. The function of the Executive Committee is to carry out the policies and procedures established by the Board of Governors and to assist the NAHL Commissioner. The Executive Committee shall be empowered to make decisions on behalf of the Board of Governors regarding the day-to-day business operations of the NAHL.
"I am honored to have the support of my fellow owners," said McCoshen. "We are united in our goal to move more players on to Division 1 college opportunities in the upcoming season!"
