Inclement weather forces postponement of Monday's Timber Rattlers game

GRAND CHUTE, WI - Monday's game between the Wisconsin Timber Rattlers and the Burlington Bees at Time Warner Cable Field at Fox Cities Stadium has been postponed. The game will be made up as part of a doubleheader on Tuesday.

This is the first postponement of the 2012 season for the Rattlers. Tickets for Monday's game may be exchanged for and 2012 regular season Timber Rattlers game at Time Warne Cable Field, based on availability. Fans with tickets for Tuesday's game may use those tickets for both games of the doubleheader.

Wisconsin and Burlington will play a pair of seven inning games on April 17. The first game of Tuesday's doubleheader is scheduled to begin at 5:05pm. Gates to the stadium will open at 3:30pm. Fans who bring a non-perishable food item as a donation to St. Joe's Food Program may purchase a half price ticket to the twinbill.

Also, the Timber Rattlers are offering a bonus 'Bang for Your Buck' Night for the doubleheader on Tuesday. Soda, hotdogs, and beer will be available for $1 during the doubleheader.

Tuesday is the first American TV Tuesday during the Timber Rattlers season. The Rattlers and American TV are giving away a flat-screen television to a lucky fan during every Tuesday home game this season.

American TV also is sponsoring a new promotion during all Timber Rattlers home games in 2012. If the Rattlers scored ten or more runs during any home game this season, American TV is offering 40% off on furniture purchases at every location in the state of Wisconsin. The 40% discount is available only on the day after the Rattlers score ten or more runs at home.
