Crunch Announce Roster Move

Syracuse, NY (January 26, 2012) - The Syracuse Crunch announced today that the Anaheim Ducks have reassigned left wing Josh Brittain to the Elmira Jackals (ECHL).

Brittain, 22, has played in five games with the Jackals this year recording 3 points (all goals) and four penalty minutes. Brittain has appeared in 14 Crunch games this season recording one point. The Milton, Ontario native has played in 27 career AHL games totaling two points (both assists) and 54 penalty minutes.

The Crunch host the Rochester Americans on Friday, Jan. 27 and the Bridgeport Sound Tigers on Saturday, Jan. 28 at the War Memorial Arena.
