BINGHAMTON, N.Y. - The Binghamton Senators announced today that they have released defensemen Andrew Thomas his professional try-out contract.

Thomas, 26, has appeared in two games since signing with the B-Sens on Jan. 17, recording no points.

The 6-2, 220-pound defenseman will return to the Trenton Titans of the ECHL. In 24 games with the Titans this season, Thomas has posted three assists and 12 penalty minutes.

The Binghamton Senators return to action Friday as they host the Albany Devils at 7:05 p.m. Tickets are $18.50 for side seating, $17.50 for end seating.
