Skeeters to Host 2012 Job Fair

Sugar Land, TEXAS "" With the Inaugural Season just three months away the Sugar Land Skeeters have announced a Job Fair to fill part-time game day positions for the 2012 baseball season. The job fair will be held Saturday, Feb. 11, at the Fort Bend Christian Academy Gymnasium located at 1250 Seventh Street, Sugar Land, TX 77478 and will begin promptly at 8 a.m. All candidates who arrive between 8 a.m. - noon will be interviewed.

During a typical game the stadium will employ up to 250 game day staff members for each of the 70 home games. The Skeeters will be hiring the most enthusiastic, fan-friendly and hardworking people. Positions range from the multitude of ushers that will help fans in the seating bowl to the person who will operate the manual scoreboard on game day. Positions include bat boys and girls, parking attendants, concierge, playground attendants, scorekeeper, public address, camera opera- tors, concession workers and more. Those attending the job fair are asked to pre-register by filling out an employment application form located online at www. SugarLandSkeeters.com and email it to employment@sugarlandskeeters.com. Pre-registering will allow for faster process- ing on the day of the job fair.
