Series tickets for Men's Olympic Qualifying Tournament at LIVESTRONG Sporting Park on sale next week

Series tickets for the elimination-round matches of the 2012 CONCACAF Men's Olympic Qualifying Tournament at LIVESTRONG Sporting Park go on sale next week, U.S. Soccer announced on Tuesday. Sporting Kansas City season ticket members will have access to an exclusive pre-sale for series tickets beginning at 10 a.m. CT on Monday, Jan. 9, two days before series tickets are made available to the general public starting at 10 a.m. CT on Wednesday, Jan. 11.

A series ticket consists of a ticket to all three matches at LIVESTRONG Sporting Park, beginning with the decisive semifinal matches on Saturday, March 31, at 5 p.m. and 8 p.m. CT and culminating with the championship match on Monday, April 2 at 7 p.m. CT. Series tickets begin at $56 for all three matches and can be ordered online at ussoccer.com, by phone at 1-800-745-3000, at local Ticketmaster ticket centers and at the LIVESTRONG Sporting Park box offices.

Individual tickets will go on sale at a later date, pending availability.

The United States headlines Group A, along with Cuba, Canada and El Salvador. All Group A matches will be played at LP Field in Nashville from March 22-26.

Group B consists of Mexico, Honduras, Panama and Trinidad & Tobago and those matches will be held at The Home Depot Center from March 23-27.

The top two finishers from each group then advance to the semifinal round, where the first-place team from each group takes on the second-place side from the other group. The winners of each semifinal match at LIVESTRONG Sporting Park on March 31 will qualify for the 2012 Olympic Games in London and will advance to the championship match held at LSP on April 2.
