
DeKalb Health Presents Mad Ants Opening Night

Fort Wayne, IN (November 21, 2011) - The Fort Wayne Mad Ants will open the 2011-12 season this Friday, November 25th against the Sioux Falls Skyforce at the Memorial Coliseum for a 7:30pm tip-off. The night is presented by DeKalb Health as the Mad Ants celebrate DeKalb County Night!
Several groups and organizations from DeKalb County will be highlighted at the game. The DeKalb Middle School show choir will sing the national anthem, Dr. Jason Hanna of Fort Wayne Orthopedics, representing DeKalb Health Sports Medicine will be recognized as an honorary captain, Patricia Krus School of Dance will perform at a timeout, DeKalb Rocket Football will form the starting line-up high five tunnel, a portion of all pre-sale tickets will go back to the DeKalb County United Way, and Auggy and Woody from Froggy 106.7 will be giving away prizes throughout the night! The Mad Ants are looking to start their filth season in the NBA Development League with a bang! Fans will enjoy cheering for the All-Star lineup of returning players in Walker Russell Jr., Darnell Lazare, Ron Howard, Chris Hunter, Marvin Phillips Jr. and Corey Allmond. Fans will also be entertained on opening night by the amazing Quick Change at halftime!
