Las Vegas Wranglers News Release

Las Vegas, Nev. - The redesign of the Las Vegas Wranglers(r) website debuts today with a sleeker design, improved functionality and a variety of new features.

Visitors to the website will find an easier to read game schedule with location information for home and away games and direct links to watch games live online. The Wranglers' 72-game schedule can also be downloaded and imported into Microsoft Outlook and Palm desktop programs, and iCal, Google and Yahoo calendars. Six Wranglers desktop wallpapers have been created for fans as well.

One of the biggest improvements to the site is social media integration. Fans can now watch Wranglers TV on the new website through the Las Vegas Wranglers YouTube channel (youtube.com/lasvegaswranglers), and both a Facebook page plug-in (facebook.com/lasvegaswranglers) and Twitter feed from the Las Vegas Wranglers (@WranglersLV) have been added to the home page as well. The team has also started a front office blog titled, "Off the Ice: Behind the Scenes with Rachel Wright," to provide fans with an insider view of professional hockey.

The Las Vegas Wranglers online shop has been upgraded with streamlined navigation and more shopping tools. Shoppers can now register an online account to make return visits easier, save items to a "wish list," and make product comparisons on one page. Season tickets, mini-plan packages and gift vouchers are now available for purchase online as well.

The Wranglers host Opening Night, billed as "The Last Professional Hockey Game on Earth," on Friday, October 21st, 2011 at 7:05 PM against Ontario Reign. 2011-12 season seat packages are on sale now at (702) 471-PUCK. The Wranglers play all 36 regular season home games at the Orleans Area, located adjacent to the Orleans Hotel and Casino at 4500 W. Tropicana Avenue.
