Sounders FC and Seattle Bank Invite Fans to Volunteer at Hopelink

RENTON, Wash. - The Seattle Sounders FC and Seattle Bank announce the first community service project of this season's "United We Serve" program. Fans are invited to participate alongside Sounders FC players, coaches and volunteers from Seattle Bank.

WHO: Sounders FC players, Seattle Bank employees and fans including: midfielder Servando Carrasco, goalkeeper Josh Ford, midfielder Mike Seamon and defender Michael Tetteh.

WHAT: All volunteers will be dividing servings of bulk foods which will be distributed to families in East King County and will supplement Hopelink's Emergency Feeding Services program.

Volunteers must be at least 14-years-old and commit a minimum of 90 minutes to the project.

WHEN: Monday, March 28

2:30-4 p.m.

WHERE: Hopelink

WHY: The Seattle Sounders FC and Seattle Bank's United We Serve community enhancement program is a monthly side-by-side player and fan volunteer service program, providing support for grassroots projects that impact the local community. These projects are led by Seattle Bank and Sounders FC fans, supporters, youth soccer players and civic organizations.
