UPCOMING GAMES AND PROMOTIONS

Friday, January 21 - Fayetteville at Columbus, 7:30 PM EST (Season Series vs. FAY: 2-1(1))

The Fayetteville FireAntz visit the Snake Pit for the first time in nearly three months on Friday night. Fayetteville took a 5-4 decision in the closing seconds of overtime in the only other matchup between the two teams in Columbus this season back on November 4. Since then, the Cottonmouths have visited Fayetteville twice, winning both games. Each of the three games between the two teams so far this season has been decided by just one goal. FireAntz forward Chris Leveille's 48 points is tops among SPHL players so far this season, with teammate Rob Sich's 23 goals good for a second-place tie with Knoxville's Emery Olauson.

Saturday, January 22 - Louisiana at Columbus, 7:30 PM EST (Season Series vs. LOU: 4-0(0))

The Snakes face the Louisiana IceGators on Saturday night in Columbus, the fifth meeting between the two teams in less than a month. Columbus has emerged victorious in each of the four meetings with the last-place IceGators so far this season, with all of them coming in the midst of Louisiana's league-record losing streak, currently at 19 games.
