Mad Ants Waive Four Players

Fort Wayne, IN (November 13, 2010)- The Fort Wayne Mad Ants waived four players today to trim their training camp roster down to 13. The team waived guards Billy Rush, Aaron Nixon, Shawn Hawkins, and forward Nick Boyd.
The remaining 13 man roster will take on the Erie BayHawks tonight in a pre-season matchup. The game will be held at the Concordia Theological Seminary's Gymnasium (6600 N. Clinton St.) at 7:00pm. Admission is free for season ticket holders and for fans that bring in a canned good. All canned goods collected will be donated to the Community Harvest Food Bank.
The Mad Ants will have to cut the roster down to 10 before the team's home opener on Sunday, November 21st against the Erie BayHawks at the Memorial Coliseum.
