
Chiefs Announce Third Annual Trick or Treat with Homer

PEORIA, IL- With Halloween just around the corner the Peoria Chiefs have announced that for the third year in a row, a lucky family will get to trick-or-treat with Homer, the Chiefs mascot
One lucky winner, 12 and under, from the entrants will be selected at random. To enter this contest, fans can send an email to feedback@chiefsnet.com. In the email include: your name, hometown, phone number and age of the children in the family. The deadline to enter is Friday October 22, 2009 at 4:00 p.m. The winning entrant must be within a 30-mile radius of O'Brien Field. Appearance time of Homer trick-or-treating will be for one (1) hour from 5:30 - 6:30 p.m on Sunday, October 31.
Last year, Homer joined the Davis family in Chillicothe for a night of trick-or-treating with their three children ages 10, 7 and 3, in Cedar Hills Estates. In the inaugural trick-or-treating, Homer joined the Curry Family from Dunlap in October, 2008. Each year the winning family has been selected from nearly 100 entrants.
