Barrie, ON- The Barrie Colts are proud to announce today that they have acquired forward John Padulo from the Oshawa Generals for a draft pick in 2014.
The native of Rochester, New York has played in at least 56 games in each of the last two seasons for the Generals, registering a career-high 18 points last season.
The 5'9" right-winger was originally selected by Oshawa in the third round of the 2008 OHL Priority Selection.
Barrie will send Oshawa a fifth round draft pick in 2014 in exchange for the 18 year-old forward.
