
Tuesday Washout: Sox-Cats To Play DH Wednesday

Salem, VA (April 20, 2010) - The rain arrived right around 7:00 PM, and after an hour delay, Tuesday's contest between the Red Sox and the Hillcats was postponed to Wednesday. Salem and Lynchburg will square off in two seven-inning games beginning at 5:30 PM.
Fans can use their ticket stubs from Tuesday's game for any other Salem Red Sox home game this season.
The doubleheader will likely begin with Tuesday's pitching matchup of Fabian Williamson and Curtis Partch, while Caleb Clay and Brad Boxberger are expected to start for their respective teams in the nightcap.
The entirety of the doubleheader can be heard on www.salemsox.com beginning at 5:30, while Flagship Station NewsTalk 960 WFIR will join the action in progress at 6 PM.
