Jared Ross Assigned To Reading

Reading, PA - The Reading Royals of the ECHL, affiliate of the Toronto Maple Leafs and Boston Bruins of the National Hockey League and the Toronto Marlies of the American Hockey League, today announced that defenseman Jared Ross has been assigned to Reading from the Providence Bruins of the AHL. This marks the fourth stint in Reading for Ross, a first year pro from Stony Island, Nova Scotia. During the regular season, he played a total of twenty-nine games for the Royals and picked up five points (3g-2a) and twenty-nine penalty minutes. In forty-eight games with the P-Bruins, Ross scored one goal, assisted on six others (seven points) and picked up fourteen penalty minutes.

The Royals and Florida Everblades kick off their best-of-seven American Conference Semi-Final Series tonight (Wednesday, April 14 @ 7:05 pm) at the Sovereign Center in Reading, Pennsylvania. The Royals game night broadcast on the Royals Radio Network presented by Transmissions by Arbogast will begin at 6:35 pm.
