
Fans' Memories, Photos Of Rosenblatt Sought

Omaha Storm Chasers News Release
OMAHA, NE - As the Omaha Royals prepare for their 42nd and final season at Rosenblatt Stadium, the team is asking baseball fans to share their favorite memories of the historic ballpark. Selected memories, which may include both stories and photos, will be printed in the Royals 2010 souvenir program available at all 72 home games next season.
Fans wanting to submit stories or photos may email them to rosenblattmemories@oroyals.com. They may also mail them to the team, which asks them to include a self-addressed stamped envelope if they want the photos returned. The Omaha Royals mailing address is: 1202 Bert Murphy Avenue, Omaha, NE 68107.
The letters and photos must be received by the Royals by Friday, February 19th.
"As we continue to roll out our promotional plans for 2010, celebrating 62 years of Rosenblatt Stadium history is at the top of our list," said Martie Cordaro, Royals Vice President/General Manager. "This will give fans locally and throughout the country an opportunity to share their Rosenblatt memories."
