
Americans waive Perkins and Loupée

ALLEN, Texas - The Allen Americans announced that they waived defenseman Sean Perkins and forward Bill Loupée today.
Perkins was acquired from Missouri Dec. 22. He played in seven games with Allen and scored two goals and had one assist before being placed on injured reserve Jan. 9.
Loupée, who began the season in Allen, tallied four goals and six assists in 30 games for the Americans this year.
The Americans host Corpus Christi Friday, Jan. 29, at the Allen Event Center at 7:30 p.m. as part of Hockey Weekend Across America.
