(Saginaw, MI) The Saginaw Spirit Hockey Club was awarded an honorable mention in the BMO CHL MasterCard Top 10 Rankings for week ten of the 2009-2010 regular season. The prestigious weekly rankings of the Canadian Hockey League's Top 10 teams are selected by a panel of National Hockey League Scouts.

"This is a great reflection on the hard work and dedication exhibited this year by the fine young men that make up the roster of the 2009-2010 Saginaw Spirit," stated Spirit Partner and President Craig Goslin, "It also is a reflection on the "Respect" that Todd Watson, John Kisil and Jim Paliafito are earning as they build the Saginaw Spirit Hockey Club into a contender. We have a way to go yet to get to our intended goals, but, one step at a time, under GM/Head Coach Watson's leadership, the Saginaw Spirit Hockey Program is gaining momentum"
