The Montgomery Area Down Syndrome Outreach Group is pleased to announce the 2009 Buddy Walk fundraiser will be held at Riverwalk Stadium on October 10th. This fundraiser will help ensure that people with Down Syndrome will be afforded the same life opportunities to empower them to reach their full potential and become respected members of their community through increasing public awareness and understanding of Down Syndrome. Please join us and help support a great cause!

Our walk will take place on the actual playing field. Moon walks, slides, obstacle courses, games, drawing for door prizes and more will be featured this year. And Big Mo, the Biscuits mascot will lead our walk!

Plus, there will be a special "Teen Zone" complete with video games, karaoke, and other games and entertainment in a special location in the stadium for teens with Down Syndrome. Also, an awards ceremony, presentations and a special appearance by 'Dora the Explorer' thanks to Knology!

A registration link is included below, everyone is welcome to attend. The price is $10 which includes a t-shirt, lunch and admission into the stadium and you do not need a buddy in order to attend. Who: Montgomery Area Down Syndrome Outreach Group
