
Hammerheads continue their winning ways

Jupiter Hammerheads News Release
JUPITER, FL- The Jupiter Hammerheads (13-19) beat the Dunedin Blue Jays (16-14) for the second consecutive night by a score of 4-1. Brett Harker (4-2) went six-strong for the Hammerheads to lead Jupiter to their fifth consecutive win. The right-hander allowed one run on two hits and walked no one. Kyle Gunderson pitched a perfect ninth to record his 11th save.
Ben Harrison (7) homered for Jupiter in the fourth inning off of Vince Bongiovanni (5-6) to give the Hammerheads a 2-1 lead. Bongiovanni struggled with his command and allowed four hits and walked three in four 1/3 innings. Spike McDougall continues to stay hot and finished 1-for-2 with an RBI (10) and a stolen base (7).
Florida Marlins' closer Matt Lindstrom pitched a scoreless inning in relief and allowed only one hit and struck out one. He is with the club on a Major League Rehab Assignment.
Jupiter will host Dunedin tomorrow in game three of this four-game series. Jose Rosario will get the nod for the Hammerheads and will look to extend the winning streak to six games. First pitch is scheduled for 6:35 PM.
