SANABIA DOMINANT IN JUPITER'S WIN

JUPITER, FL- The Jupiter Hammerheads (12-19) shutout the Dunedin Blue Jays (16-13) by a score of 2-0 tonight at Roger Dean Stadium. Alex Sanabia (9-5) pitched a gem and led Jupiter to their fourth straight win. Sanabia took a no-hitter into the eighth, but it was broken up on a double by Matt Liuzza with one out in the inning. The right-hander struck out six Blue Jays and walked only one. Steve Cishek pitched a perfect ninth to record his second save.

Jupiter hit the ball well and finished the game with 10 hits. Gregory Burns got Jupiter on the board in the fifth inning with a two-out double down the left field line. Burns finished 2-for-4. Louis Ott also added a two-out RBI with a single in the seventh. Matt Dominguez doubled and extended his hitting streak to six games.

The two teams continue their four-game series tomorrow at Roger Dean Stadium. Brett Harker is scheduled to start for the Hammerheads and will look to extend the winning streak to five games. First pitch is scheduled for 7:05 PM.
