BROADCAST:

Tonight's broadcast can be heard online at www.ironbirdsbaseball.com. Matt Martinez will have the play-by-play. The pre-game show will begin at 6:45 p.m.

ROAD WOES CONTINUE:

The 'Birds have lost five games in a row on the road, dating back to Sunday June 28. Aberdeen's 6-4 loss to Oneonta drops Aberdeen to 5-11 on the season. The 'Birds will continue their seven game road trip with game three this evening in Oneonta.

D'OLEO STREAKING:

Richard D'Oleo extends his hit streak to a team-high nine games after a double in Sunday's contest. D'Oleo began his hit streak against Brooklyn on June 27.

ERBE MAKES FOURTH START:

Pitcher Brandon Erbe will make his fourth rehab start this evening in Oneonta. Erbe holds a 0-1 record with a 4.50 ERA. His first loss came against the Tigers on July 1 when he gave up one earned run on three hits in 4.0 innings pitched.

DALLES FEELING IT:

Justin Dalles, a sixth round selection in this year's draft, records his first professional hit streak after an RBI single on Friday July 3. Dalles went 2-for-4 in Saturday evening's contest.

SNAPPING THE SKID:

Aberdeen's 10-1 win on Friday evening snapped a five-game losing skid that dated back to Sunday June 28. Aberdeen improves to 5-9, while earning their first win since a 4-2 decision against Brooklyn on June 27. The bottom end of the order went 5-for-8 with six runs scored and six RBI. Catcher Justin Dalles also recorded his first professional hit with an RBI in the eighth inning.

MORELAND ON FIRE:

Right-hander Kenny Moreland improved to 3-0 after another outstanding performance against Oneonta on June 3. The Springfield, VA native has given up only one earn run in 18.0 innings pitched for the 'Birds. Moreland holds a 0.50 ERA in three contests.

RECORD ATTENDANCE:

Ripken Stadium welcomed another record-breaking crowd on Friday June 3 versus Oneonta. An announced attendance of 6,701 marks the second-best in franchise history. The fourth best attendance of 6,658 was set on June 22 versus Staten Island. The best overall mark was July 3, 2007 when the 'Birds hosted the Brooklyn Cyclones with 6,712 fans in attendance.
