Naturals detail games and plans for the fourth

The Naturals are excited to announce family friendly activities which will precede the region's best fireworks show on Saturday, July 4th.

The second day of our "Fourth at the Field" event, admission on Saturday is $6 for adults and $4 for children. Gates to Arvest Ballpark open at 4 P.M.

For the kids, we will have an expanded inflatable carnival-style fun zone, including our popular obstacle course, speed pitch, and bouncer. In addition, we will have several special inflatables in our Inflatable Alley sponsored by Northwest Arkansas Regional Airport. Those inflatables include Balloon Typhoon, Bungee Run, Gladiator Joust, Big Slide, Coconut Tree Climb, and a slip ‘n slide. Admission to the Inflatable Alley is free with admission to the park. The Naturals' popular misting stations will also be set up all evening to keep everyone cool. The concession stands will be open serving traditional ballpark fare including such Arvest Ballpark staples as fresh squeezed lemonade, Philly Cheese Steak sandwiches, quesadillas, and Funnel Dogs

Two popular local bands will take the main stage for music during the evening: Charlie Chrysler and His All-Stars at 5 P.M. and then the Wes Hart Band at 7:30 P.M.

Charlie Chrysler and His Allstars is a Dixieland band that originated in Fairfield, Iowa. They are now located in Bella Vista and include musicians from around the country. The Wes Hart Band was recently nominated for best party band and best funk band at the Northwest Arkansas Music Awards.

In addition, several interactive games will be played on the baseball field where the kids and adults can win prizes from the Naturals, including a Balloon blast, Bigfoot race, Trike Race, Dizzy Bat Race, Putting Challenge, and others. The on-field games will occur from 4:45-5:00 and again from 6:10-6:45, followed by a Hot Dog Eating Contest. Contestants can sign up at the autograph booth adjacent to Red Dirt Outfitters. Bingo will also be played in the Sam's Club Community Room at 6:45 P.M.

In between appearances by the bands, at 6:00, the Naturals will also be offering fans stadium tours, including the clubhouse and press box. The tours will be guided and are complimentary. Downstairs, guests can also have the chance to take swings in the Naturals batting cages.

The fireworks show will commence after dusk. This is a rain or shine event.
