In addition to the Bailey family, members of the Manchester Monarchs staff that include Head Coach Mark Morris and Director of Hockey Operations Hubie McDonough will be joined by the first head coach in franchise history and current Head Coach of the Washington Capitals, Bruce Boudreau and former Monarchs Assistant Coach Bobby Jay. Other A-List hockey celebrities include former Boston Bruins players Bob Beers, Andy Brickley, Steve Kasper and Don Marcotte. Former Monarchs players Derek Bekar, Brendan Buckley, Sam Ftorek, Jeff Giuliano, Eric Healey and Doug Nolan will also be hitting the links in memory of Ace.

Additional celebrity golfers include Dartmouth Head Coach Bob Gaudet, former University of New Hampshire Wildcat and current New York Rangers Director of Player Personnel Gordie Clark, USA Women's Olympics Gold Medalists Colleen Coyne and Tara Mounsey, former University of New Hampshire Wildcats and former Bruins Mark Mowers and Eric Nickulas, as well as 15-year hockey veteran Pascal Rheaume, Pinkerton Academy Head Coach Casey Kesselring and New England Sports Network (NESN) Rinkside Reporter for the Bruins Naoko Funayama.

The Monarchs Care Foundation, the charitable arm of the Monarchs, will host this year's tournament with proceeds from the event earmarked for the Level 2 Special Care Nursery at Catholic Medical Center and the Ace Bailey Children's Foundation.

The Ace Bailey Golf Classic is held annually to honor the memory of Garnet "Ace" Bailey, who served as the Kings Director of Pro Scouting until his death on September 11, 2001. Bailey was a passenger aboard United Flight 175 and was lost in the tragic events of that day.

"It is an honor for the Monarchs Care Foundation to host this year's Ace Bailey Golf Classic," said Jeff Eisenberg, President of the Monarchs. "Ace was a special part of our organization and the hockey community. His joy and fun-loving spirit touched not only his teammates and coworkers but everyone he met. The tournament has raised $272,500 over the last seven years and we plan on continuing to raise money in Ace's memory as we celebrate his life and his love for children."

Registration for this year's tournament is scheduled for 11:00 a.m. on Monday, June 15 with a shotgun start slated for 12:00 p.m. Lunch will be provided for those competing in the tournament with an awards dinner as well as both a live and silent auction to follow the action on the course. WMUR Channel 9 Sports personality Jamie Staton will host the dinner. The auctions will feature sports memorabilia from some of the biggest names in sports. A fifth celebrity player will accompany each foursome on the course.

Limited space remains for additional foursomes.
