
Condors to take on Vegas - playoff tickets on sale Tuesday

BAKERSFIELD, Calif. - The Bakersfield Condors, official ECHL affiliate of the Anaheim Ducks, have announced today that individual tickets for the 2009 Pacific Division Semi-Finals against the Las Vegas Wranglers will go on sale Tuesday, April 7 at 10 a.m. Each series of the 2009 Kelly Cup Playoffs are best-of-seven. Bakersfield wraps up the regular season as the hottest team in the ECHL, going 19-5-2 over their last 26 games, including 12-3-1 over their final 16 on home ice.
Tickets may be purchased at all local Ticketmaster outlets, online at bakersfieldcondors.com or over the phone at (661) 322-2525. The rates for each seating section are listed below. Full Season ticket holders and Weekender plans already have the first four playoff games included in their season ticket holder packet. The Pacific Division Semi-Finals are sponsored by KGET-TV 17, Goodwill Industries and Cal Water.
Game 3 on Wednesday, April 15 will feature White Hot White Out Rally Towel Giveaway for everyone in attendance. Fans are encouraged to wear white to the game, and combined with the waving white towels, should pose an intimidating image for the visiting Wranglers that night. For season ticket holders, this game is labeled Playoff Game A in your ticket books, as it is the first home playoff game of the season.
On Friday, April 17, Game 4 will feature free Mini-Light Up Fans for the first 2,000 kids 12 & under. Stay cool while the team stays hot, and help light up The Nest with this special playoff giveaway! Game 5, if necessary, will be on Saturday, April 18 with White Out Rally Towels for everyone, while supplies last. The series would then shift back to Las Vegas for Games 6 and 7, if necessary. The doors open at 6 p.m., the puck drops at 7 p.m., each home game of the series.

Group outings may be purchased for the 2009 Kelly Cup Playoffs as well, with the group minimum dropped down to just 10 tickets as a requirement to receive special rates. For the Pacific Division Semi-Finals, group rates are priced the same as the regular season. Rinkside tickets can be reserved at just $17, Executive level tickets are just $12, and Terrace tickets are just $6. In addition, the VIP Suite can be reserved for just $550 and the On-Ice Suite for $1,400. Contact a Condors ticket representative for availability and food and beverage options as well.
PLAYOFF PICTURE:
The Condors and Wranglers have never met in the Kelly Cup Playoffs. Bakersfield held a 4-5-0 mark in the nine-game season series with Vegas, including a 3-2-0 record in five games at Rabobank Arena.
The Condors popular new Tickets & Grub Combo Deal will be available in the 2009 Kelly Cup Playoffs as well. Get two tickets, two hot dogs, two sodas, and a Condors souvenir program all for just $25. If turkey sandwiches satisfy your cravings, you can upgrade from the hot dogs for just $3 more.
The Rabobank Arena Box Office is open from 10am - 6pm Monday through Friday and 10am - 4pm on Saturday with extended hours on game days.
