
London Claims 3-2 Overtime Win

The Kitchener Rangers battled the London Knights into overtime before John Tavares scored the game-winning goal to claim the 3-2 win.
Tavares netted the lone goal early in the first period on a Knights power play to put London up 1-0.
John Carlson scored midway through the second period to give the Knights a 2-0 lead. Kitchener's Tyler Randell solved London netminder Trevor Cann at the 13:01 mark to close scoring in the second period 2-1.
Jeff Skinner leveled out the score 2-2 in the third period to push the game into overtime. Tavares scored the winning goal at the 3:08 mark on a London power play.
