Chicago Fire FC News Release
Bridgeview, IL. (November 6, 2008) - The Chicago Fire announced today season ticket pricing for the 2009 season which include a reduction in a variety of season ticket levels with some season tickets start at just $99.
"We are committed to giving all of our fans the best possible options when it comes to enjoying Chicago Fire Soccer," said Fire president Dave Greeley. "The current economic situation in our country and extensive market research has helped us develop a pricing plan for 2009 that rewards our season ticket holders and represents great value for all of our fans."
Lower season ticket price points in 2009 include the Terrace Level which will feature a limited supply at $99. Meanwhile, Center Circle tickets will be reduced to $700.
Other levels of season tickets will see only a slight increase in cost as Corner Kick will be priced at $480 (up from $420) and Firehouse seats at $360 (up from $320). Three other season ticket areas will remain unchanged from this season as Premier will continue to be $620, Supporters at $200 and VIP Field Level at $4,000.
These changes mean there is no increase in 47% of season tickets for Fire games and represents the first and only season ticket price increases since the Fire moved to TOYOTA PARK three seasons ago.
Season tickets for 2009 will go on sale Friday, Nov. 7 at 9 a.m. and can be purchased via chicago-fire.com or by calling 888-MLS-FIRE.
