Gwinnett Braves Announce 2009 Partial Ticket Plans and Home Game Times

The Gwinnett Braves today announced the team's partial ticket plans will go on sale Monday, November 10 at 10:00 a.m. In addition to the Full Season, fans may purchase Half Season, Weekend or 10 Pack Flex Plans at prices discounted from individual ticket rates by calling (678) 277-0340.

The Gwinnett Braves are scheduled to play 144 regular-season contests in 152 days between April 9 and September 7. The first game at the new state-of-the-art ballpark in Gwinnett County will be on April 17th against the Norfolk Tides at 7:00 p.m. All Sunday games are scheduled to begin at 2:00 p.m. and with the exception of 12 dates, games Monday through Saturday have a 7:00 p.m. start time. The team plays seven weekday afternoon games (2:00 p.m.), including the Gwinnett Braves Labor Day game on September 7. The Gwinnett Braves only scheduled doubleheader on August 24 vs. the Charlotte Knights and the team's July 4th game vs. the Norfolk Tides both have first pitch at 6:00 p.m.

The only way to guarantee tickets to Opening Weekend is with the purchase of a 2009 Gwinnett Braves ticket plan. Due to anticipated demand for the Gwinnett Braves inaugural weekend from April 17 - 19, the team will hold an online pre-sale event in March. Fans interested in the chance to purchase tickets to any game during the opening weekend may now register for the pre-sale event online at http://www.gwinnettbraves.com/openingday.html. Individual tickets will go on sale following the March pre-sale.
