Round Rock Express News Release

ROUND ROCK - Already in the midst of 16 games in 21 days, the remaining four home games for the Round Rock Express will mark one of the more exciting times of the season for the club.

Beginning with Friday's baseball cap giveaway, the Express will cram in a host of activities, giveaways and possible one major milestone as it takes on Iowa tonight and Memphis for four games.

The first 3,000 fans to Friday's game will receive Express caps. Barbecue grill sets will be handed out Saturday, and all kids 12-years-old and under will receive a baseball mitt on Sunday. Monday's Memorial Day game is the first Ryan Sanders Baseball Game of the Week in a series of eight that will be carried live on FSN Southwest.

Fans are invited to make posters for Monday's game to support the Express and minor league baseball. The fan with the most outstanding and creative poster will be awarded an authentic Nolan Ryan autographed ball during the game.

To top it all off, the Express is currently 45,332 fans away from the 5 million mark. If averages hold true, Round Rock will reach the historical mark during Monday's game. To thank fans, Round Rock Express staff will dole out special giveaways throughout the game, and five lucky fans will be chosen at random to receive select and unique memorabilia from the Express.
