
Fresno Fuego falls to Chivas USA in preseason exhibition

FRESNO, Calif. (Saturday, February 24, 2007) - Chivas USA, under new head coach Preki, earned a 5-0 win over the Fresno Fuego of the Premier Development League (PDL) in a preseason exhibition held this evening at Chukchansi Park in this Central Valley City.
First-year player John Cunliffe scored two goals and set up another, with new Chivas USA signing Alex Zotinca setting up the game's opening goal. Chivas USA goalkeeper Brad Guzan had to exit the game in the seventh minute with a gash on his chin that required stitches.
