Beavers games to be broadcast on KKAD AM-1550 and OregonLive.com

PORTLAND, Ore. - The Portland Beavers will again partner with KKAD AM-1550 and OregonLive.com to broadcast all 144 games in 2004.
Veteran broadcaster Rich Burk will call the action for a fourth season, with broadcasting legend Bill Schonely sitting in on select home games.
Each broadcast will include an expanded 30-minute pre-game show as well as a traditional post-game show, hosted by Burk.
"Portland Beavers baseball is a great sports tradition in this town," said Kevin Young, general manager of NewsTalk 860 KPAM and 1550 KKAD. "We are delighted to once again bring the games to the fans on the radio."
As in the past, Beavers games will be featured on OregonLive.com, a popular addition
that allows fans around the globe to tune in during the season. The webcast feature

Portland opens its 2004 campaign Thursday at Las Vegas at 7:10 p.m. All 144 games will be broadcast live in their entirety.
