The Kentucky Wild Health Genomes have added Lexington native, John Shelby, to the Coaching Staff. He will serve as the Genomes Bench Coach in Lexington.
Shelby brings a wealth of baseball knowledge and experience to the Genomes. Prior to this role, Shelby spent the previous 28 years coaching and managing with the Dodgers, Pirates, Orioles, Brewers, Rockies, and Braves.

May 3, 2022 - The Genomes have signed Robbie Ross Jr. and Jaren Shelby. Both Lexington natives will play tonight as the Genomes take Wild Health Field for first time ever during their inaugural Opening Day.
Robbie Ross Jr. began his baseball career at Lexington Christian Academy. He has 6 years of MLB experience with the Texas Rangers and Boston Red Sox. Fans may also recognize his past Legends experience during his time on the Leyendas during the Battle of the Bourbon Trail.

April 8, 2022 - Wild Health Field (Lexington, KY) - The Kentucky Wild Health Genomes have agreed to terms with former University of Kentucky Wildcat Riley Mahan (IF), and Anderson Miller (OF) a Lafayette High School graduate and former Lexington Legend.
Anderson Miller returns to Lexington after seven seasons in the Kansas City Royals organization. Miller played for the Lexington Legends for parts of the 2015 and 2016 season after being selected in the 3rd Round of the 2015 MLB June Amateur Draft from Western Kentucky University. Miller ...
