River Dragons Commit to 2020-21 Season; Announce Information Regarding Tickets

September 21, 2020 - Columbus, GA - An update on the 2020-21 Columbus River Dragons season. The team will commit to playing any form of league competition in 2020-21. Fans will be allowed into River Dragons home games with safety protocols being developed by relevant authorities. There will be significant social distancing resulting in decreased maximum capacity at all home games played this season. September 1, 2020 - Columbus, GA - The Columbus River Dragons are excited to announce the signing of forward Ryan Gil to the roster for the 20-21 season. Gil, 22, comes to the FPHL as a rookie after spending last year in the ACHA ranks with Grand Canyon University. Prior to that though he had a remarkable junior career, making the WSHL playoff all-star team in 2018 while with the Long Beach Bombers and winning the SJHL with his final junior team the Battlefords North Stars. August 27, 2020 - Columbus, GA - The Columbus River Dragons are excited to announce the signing of defenseman Rich Ledy for the 2020-21 season. Ledy, is a Michigan native who appeared in two games for the River Dragons last season while the team was in Ledy's home state taking on the Port Huron Prowlers in November. He registered one assist in those two games. August 11, 2020 - Columbus, GA - The Columbus River Dragons have made a transaction with the FPHL's newest team the Motor City Rockers. The River Dragons are sending forwards Tim Santopoalo and Ryan Alves to Motor City for a player to be named later or future considerations.
