
Zeglinski Leads Storm to Win in Brampton

(Charlottetown, PE) Sammy Zeglinski, with just the 5th Triple-Double in STORM franchise history, had a big 2nd half to lead the Island STORM over the Brampton A's 96-93 at the Powerade Centre on Thursday night.
Zeglinski scored 19 points, grabbed 12 rebounds, and handed out 10 assists. Mike Martin led the STORM in scoring with 23 points and 7 rebounds while Brandon Robinson had 13 points and 5 rebounds, Billy Rush 11 and 5, as Nick Okorie scored 10.
Akeem Scott with 23 points was top point getter for the A's.
With the win the STORM go to 16-8 on the season, challenging for top spot in the NBL Canada as the Windsor Express are currently 16-7. The STORM lead the Atlantic Division over the 2nd place Halifax Rainmen who are 11-12 on the season.
The STORM continue on the road tomorrow night in Mississauga to take on the Power at 8pm AST. That game can be seen online on YouTube.
The Island STORM play at home next on Saturday February 7th when the Moncton Miracles visit Eastlink Centre in Charlottetown for a 7pm starter.
