Zach Logue pitches six strong innings for Mohawks in shutout of Stallions

Saugerties, N.Y.- Zach Logue kept the Saugerties Stallions (5-11) off the board during his six innings of work and the Amsterdam Mohawks (12-3) beat the Saugerties Stallions, 5-0.

Logue allowed four hits, two walks and struck out three.

Scott Manea had a busy day at the plate, collecting two extra-base hits. He doubled in the second inning and homered in the sixth inning.

Billy Riedel brought the heat against the Amsterdam Mohawks during his outing. Riedel held the Amsterdam Mohawks hitless over two innings, allowed no earned runs, walked three and struck out three.

Micah Riddick (0-1) took the loss for the Saugerties Stallions. He lasted just two innings, walked three, struck out two, and allowed three runs.
