There's your week four Ground Round Player spotlight, this week the spotlighted player is on Zach Glienke! Zach is a native from Eagan, MN. The 6'3'' Forward was awarded the 2nd NAHL star of the week, last week. This is his third year in the NAHL. Zach played for the Roadrunners the first two years, in Topeka, KS. Hockey has been a part of Zach's life since he was 3 years old. Zach is the son of Ann and Steve Glienke. Janet and Michael Mareamem and their daughter Heidi are his billet family.
Zach, like many other Minnesota natives, he loves to spend his time outdoors when he isn't at the rink. Hunting and fishing are some of his favorite things to do outside. Zach also spends his free time watching Netflix.
After two games played in Topeka for the 2014-2015 season, Zach was traded to the Blizzard. The forward for the Blizzard, in his third season he has started off pretty good and has proven that he will be one to watch this season. Zach has played 9 games with 4 goals and 3 assists. Come to the game on October 17th vs the Magicians and get Zach's official Ground Round playing card.
