Youth Teams to Take the Field with the Doubledays

Auburn, NY - The Auburn Doubledays of the New York-Penn League, Single-A Short Season affiliate of the Washington Nationals, are excited to announce an opportunity for youth teams to take the field with the Doubledays this season.
As part of the Doubledays' Field of Dreams program presented by Rx City, youth sports teams are invited to come out to Falcon Park and take the field with Doubledays players. Little league teams, soccer teams, cheerleading squads, or other youth teams can stand next to the Doubledays during the National Anthem at a game with this exciting opportunity.
"We are very excited to partner with Rx City to make the Field of Dreams program available to youth teams and organizations this season," said Doubledays General Manager Mike Voutsinas. "As a civic-minded organization, the Doubledays are pleased to add this opportunity to our current mix of community initiatives."
Each team member will have his or her name announced by the Public Address Announcer as part of the pregame ceremonies. In addition to a game ticket and the benefits listed above, this special package also includes a fountain soda, hot dog, popcorn, and ice cream for only $15 per person
