
Young Hounds Celebrate National Signing Day

PITTSBURGH - The Pittsburgh Riverhounds are delighted to announce that 19 players from the Riverhounds Development Academy are signing up with college soccer programs during the NCAA's annual National Signing Day.
Fifteen players from the RDA's Under-18 and U-17 Girls' teams and four U-18 Boys will graduate to the collegiate level this summer after completing the 2015-16 season with the Hounds.
"This is a very exciting day for all the families concerned and for the club," said Riverhounds' youth development director Jason Kutney. "Western Pennsylvania is a growing market for college soccer players and we're looking forward to building upon these successes in the coming years."
The players and their families will be gathering at Highmark Stadium this afternoon from 3:45 p.m. until 4:30 p.m. for a brief ceremony and photo shoot.
