OKLAHOMA CITY - The Oklahoma City Yard Dawgz will take on the Louisville Fire tomorrow night, Saturday July 16th at the Ford Center in Oklahoma City. The Dawgz are looking for their third straight win and seventh win in eight games. The Dawgz sit in fourth place in the National Conference playoff race and are looking to gain ground on the Midwest Division leading Memphis Xplorers who are two games up on the Dawgz with three to play. The Fire have already clinched a playoff spot in the American Conference.
The Dawgz have won their last four games in the Ford Center and are 5-1 this season at home. They defeated the Amarillo Dusters on the road last Sunday 77-52 to move into second place in the Midwest Division.
This game features two of the best quarterbacks in af2 history, Oklahoma City's Craig Strickland and Louisville's Matt Sauk. Strickland is currently among the top five in the league in several statistical categories, while Sauk is currently leading the league in total offense, passing average per game, pass attempts, passing touchdowns, and passing yards.
