The Oklahoma City Yard Dawgz take on the Amarillo Dusters, Saturday, April 25th, at the Cox Convention Center in Oklahoma City, OK. Kickoff is set for 7:05pm CST. Saturday's contest marks the tenth time the division rivals will face off. Oklahoma City leads the series 7-2.
The Yard Dawgz head in to this weekend's matchup 3-0 for the first time since 2006. With a win on Saturday, Oklahoma City can secure their best start in franchise history at 4-0. During their last home game, the Dawgz continued to show why they are arenafootball2's top scoring offense with a 76-38 win against the Central Valley Coyotes. They now face-off against a Dusters team hungry for their first win of the year. Amarillo is also looking for revenge after the Yard Dawgz came away with a 76-29 victory in the season opener at Amarillo.
"Our players are excited to be back in Oklahoma City after a much needed bye week," commented Head Coach Sparky McEwen. "The team is fresh and eager to play the Dusters."
