Following his playing career, Richardson turned to coaching, where he has had over 10 years of experience coaching skill development, spending time with the NA3HL's Sheridan Hawks, and two years as the Varsity Head Coach of Classical Academy in the Anaheim Ducks High School Hockey League.

"It's an absolute honor to have the opportunity to coach for the Amarillo Wranglers," said Richardson. "From day one, Austin Sutter, Harry Mahood, and Taylor Harnett have been extremely professional. I'm looking forward to doing my part in making Amarillo a successful team in the NAHL and striving to help bring a championship to the great hockey city of Amarillo."

Connor White, a native of Queensbury, NY, adds a ton of valuable experience coaching in the NAHL and various levels of hockey to the Wranglers staff. With the knowledge and experience in professional hockey with Adirondack, White accepted a role at the collegiate level as the Assistant Coach of Morrisville State College in 2017. In 2019, White was named the Assistant Coach of the NAHL's Chippewa Steel, and in 2020 joined with the NA3HL's Willmar Warhawks where he has been a coach and general manager over the last four seasons and a part of the club's most successful season in 2021-22.

"I can't say enough how excited I am to be joining the Wranglers organization, I've been very impressed with the level of dedication to the game, players, and community. From Ownership and the hockey operations staff," said White. He continued, "On top of that, you want to go somewhere you're wanted. With that, the Wranglers felt like the best fit."

We have had numerous conversations with both of these men and it's exciting to see the depth of knowledge that we will be able to provide our players with. They both have great backgrounds and lots of experience in the game of hockey. Personally, I can't wait to see this partnership move forward."
