--The Wolves registered just one goal on 49 shots as they fell, 2-1, in double overtime to the Philadelphia Phantoms in Game 2 of the Calder Cup Finals at the Allstate Arena
--Left wing STEVE MALTAIS notched a power-play goal, while center CORY LAROSE and defenseman JOE CORVO collected assists
--Netminder KARI LEHTONEN recorded 26 saves

STEVE MALTAIS: Notched the Wolves' lone goal in Game 2, his first point in four games and his first marker in five ... Tied for first on the team with three power-play tallies and fourth with four goals and 10 points in 16 games ... Wolves all-time franchise leader during the playoffs with 62 goals and 126 points in 140 games

CORY LAROSE: Paces the Wolves and shares 11th in the league with 12 points in 16 games ... Leads the team with six goals, which matches a postseason career-high, and is tied for first with three power-play goals

LONNY BOHONOS: Tied for fifth in the AHL with a team-leading nine assists ... Shares first on the club with 11 points in 16 games ... Held without a point in his last two games after recording three (G, 2A) in his previous two

J.P. VIGIER: Held pointless in each of his last two games after accruing a postseason-high four-game point streak (May 19 to 25) ... Ranks fourth in the league with 56 shots ... Places seventh on the Wolves with nine points (4G, 5A)

BRAD LARSEN: Tied for second on the Wolves with a postseason career-high 11 points ... Ranks second on the club with a playoff career-most seven assists ... Tallied two points (2A) in his last six games after accruing six (2G, 4A) in his previous three

WOLF TRACKS
--Chicago's back-to-back losses in Game 1 and 2 of the Finals marked the first time the team lost consecutive games at home since the Nov. 27 and Dec. 4.
--The Wolves rank first in the AHL on defense, holding their rivals to an average of 1.56 goals per game; they have held their foes to two or fewer goals in each of the last five games.
--This marks the seventh time in franchise history Chicago has begun a playoff series with two losses; the Wolves have posted a 2-4 mark in those series with the team rebounding to defeat Houston, 4-games-to-2, in the 2000 Western Conference Final and Syracuse, 4-games-to-3, in the 2002 Western Conference Semifinal.

ON THE PLUS SIDE

Center DEREK MacKENZIE and defenseman TRAVIS ROCHE lead the league with a +12 plus/minus rating. Defenseman JAY BOUWMEESTER is tied for fourth with a +9 plus/minus rating.

NOTABLE

Chicago ranks first in the league on the penalty kill at 91.9 percent (91 of 99) after placing 14th in the AHL during the regular season at 84.5 percent (394 of 466). The Wolves have allowed a power-play goal in each of their last two games after holding their rivals scoreless with the man advantage in each of their previous five contests, including the entire Western Conference Final against Manitoba.
