LEAGUE'S TOP ACTIVE COACHES SQUARE OFF SATURDAY IN WILKES-BARRE

The Manchester Wolves are ready to kick off their 2007 season tomorrow, Saturday, March 31 at 7:00pm in Wilkes-Barre Scranton, PA against their East Division Rival Pioneers. The game will mark the 16th all-time matchup between the two teams, which Manchester leads 8-7.

The 2007 season opener will put two of the most winningest active coaches in the af2 against each other, Ben Bennett of Manchester and Rich Ingold of Wilkes-Barre/Scranton. Bennett leads all active af2 coaches in career wins with 46 (including playoffs) and is tied for fifth overall on the all-time list. The AFL Hall-of-Famer is in his third season with the Wolves and fifth af2 campaign overall. He helped guide the Florida Firecats to an ArenaCup title in 2004. Ingold is right behind his counterpart with 43 career af2 victories which places him second among active coaches and ninth overall on the all-time list. Ingold is in his second season with the Pioneers and fifth season overall.
In 2006, Bennett's Wolves took three of the four head-to-head battles against Ingold's Wilkes-Barre/Scranton squad, including a 55-47 win in the first round of the playoffs on Brady Sullivan Field at the Verizon Wireless Arena in Manchester, NH.

Wolves Ready To Kick Off Fourth Season In Manchester
The Manchester Wolves, New Hampshire's professional arenafootball2 team, would like all football fans to know that the sale of individual game tickets for the 2007 season are now available at the Verizon Wireless Arena Box Office in Manchester, N.H.
The Wolves will be approaching their fourth season in Manchester on Brady Sullivan Field at the Verizon Wireless Arena. In the past two seasons under the guidance of head coach Ben Bennett the Wolves have compiled an impressive 22-13 record which includes an East Division Championship in 2005 and two back-to-back playoff births (2005-2006).
Ticket prices start as low as $9.75 for youth and $15.00 for adults with five other price marks ranging from $12.50 - $45.00. The box office is open Monday-Friday from 10 a.m. to 5 p.m. Season Tickets (Buy One Get One Free packages still available) and Flex Packs (five tickets for the price of just four!) can be purchased at the Manchester Wolves office, call (603) 627-9653 today for more details. The Wolves home opener is set for Saturday, April 21 at 7:05 p.m. against the Fort Wayne Fusion, an opponent that will be entering their first season in the af2.

Team Enters Fourth Year In Partnership
The Manchester Wolves, New Hampshire's professional arenafootball2 team, are proud to announce that they'll be teaming up with WFEA 1370AM for another successful season, the team's fourth, on the airwaves.
WFEA, New Hampshire's oldest radio station, has been broadcasting continuously since 9:00AM on March 1, 1932 and has always had the same call letters. 1370 WFEA offers quality programming that includes Adult Pop standards songs from great artists such as - Frank Sinatra, Tony Bennett, Nat "King" Cole, Johnny Mathis, Barbra Streisand, Glenn Miller Orchestra and many more. WFEA is also NH's home for sports as they host not only the Manchester Wolves but the UNH Sports Network, covering football, volleyball, hockey and basketball!
The Wolves will be kicking off their fourth season this Saturday, March 31, at 7:00pm in Wilkes-Barre Scranton to face the Pioneers, their East Division rivals. Manchester will suit up with the #4 ranking in the league while the Pioneers play host with a #6 ranking. Currently the Wolves hold the career series lead 8-7.
Wolves' fans can tune turn their radio dials to 1370AM to hear all of the 2007 Manchester Wolves action live, both away and home games, or click on the "Teamline" link on the www.manchesterwolves.com homepage to hear the broadcast over the internet. Dick "The Voice" Lutsk will provide the Wolves play-by-play commentary with the assistance of Karl-Sven Bertelmann, the Wolves Director of Communications, on the color commentary.
"Having been in radio and television for nearly 40 years I really didn't know much about or what to expect from arena football, but the past three years have been so much more fun than I ever anticipated," said Wolves play-by-play announcer and Manchester native Dick Lutsk. "I have become a big fan of the arena game and any football fan who hasn't been to a game really owes it to him or herself to give it a try, it's great."
