Winnipeg ICE Play Final Two Pre-Season Games in Saskatoon against the Blades

Saskatoon, SK - The Winnipeg ICE play its final two pre-season games on the road against the Saskatoon Blades beginning on Friday night at SaskTel Centre.
Puck drop is scheduled for 8:00 P.M. CT.
Friday's game will be the third of four pre-season games for the ICE, who are 1-1 so far. For the Blades, this will be their fourth pre-season game, going 2-0-1 in the first three.
The ICE are coming off of a 5-1 victory over the Brandon Wheat Kings on Saturday, September 7. The ICE received goals from Cole Muir, Brad Ginnell, Logan Danis, Connor McClennon and Owen Pederson. Muir, McClennon, Ginnell and Matthew Savoie all registered two points in the game.
Following this weekend's games, the ICE open its 2019-2020 regular season against the Brandon Wheat Kings on Friday, September 20. The ICE host its Home Opener presented by Nutrien Ag Solutions on Saturday, September 21. A special pre-game ceremony is scheduled for approximately 7:30 P.M., however, the Inaugural Winnipeg ICE Home Opener Pre-Party begins at 5:00 P.M. at the Fieldhouse attached to Wayne Fleming Arena on the University of Manitoba campus.
